Sustainability

We aim to practice sustainability and to support other small businesses.

Our products are made in New York City with leather from:

• local wholesalers in New York City.
• a company in Pisa, Italy that sells imperfect leather remnants from prestigious designer handbag companies.
• a mill in Maine that sells leather remnants from high-end American handbag companies.
• vegan leather items are made using cactus leather that is sourced from a small business in Mexico.
• And fabrics and hardware are purchased in the U.S.

In addition, in an effort to minimize waste, we use leather remnants to create small accessories such as leather jewelry, eyeglasses cases, and wallets.

We also donate leather remnants to students, designers and craftspeople in the U.S.
