ORDERS & CUSTOM ORDERS

• We accept custom orders. If you see something you like and you'd like it in a different size or color, let us know! Contact us at info@katerina-nyc.com.
• All items are handmade, and many are made to order. We aim to ship out items within 3 days of your order. If there is a delay, we will let you know.

SHIPPING

• We offer free, USPS First Class shipping for all items shipped within the United States. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us know! We do accept returns. Please contact us at info@katerina-nyc.com within 30 days of the date of your purchase to process a return.
